Open Humana writes each completed call straight into Close as a Call activity, complete with outcome, duration, transcript, and recording URL — attached to the matching Lead.

- A Close.com account on any paid plan.
- A Close API key from **Settings → API Keys**.

Step-by-step instructions

Create a Close API key
In Close, go to **Settings → API Keys → New API Key** and copy the generated key.

Paste it into Open Humana
In Open Humana, open **Settings → Integrations → Close**, paste the key, and click **Connect**.

Pick the call outcome map
Map each Open Humana outcome (`transferred`, `voicemail`, `connected`, `no-answer`) to the matching Close call result.

Activate the sync
Flip **Auto-log calls** to ON. New activity will start appearing on the matching Close Lead immediately.
