What you'll need
- A HubSpot account (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
- A HubSpot Private App access token with the scopes `crm.objects.contacts.read`, `crm.objects.contacts.write`, and `timeline`.

Open your HubSpot Private App settings
In HubSpot, go to **Settings → Integrations → Private Apps**, then click **Create a private app**. Name it `Open Humana`.

Grant the required scopes
Under the **Scopes** tab, enable `crm.objects.contacts.read`, `crm.objects.contacts.write`, and `timeline`. Save the app and copy the generated access token.

Paste the token into Open Humana
Inside Open Humana, go to **Settings → Integrations → HubSpot**, paste the access token, and click **Connect**.

Run the test sync
Click **Send test event**. A sample call activity will be written to a test contact in your HubSpot account so you can confirm the wire-up.

Turn on auto-logging
Toggle **Log every completed call** to ON. From here on, every voicemail drop, transfer, and connected conversation is logged to the matching HubSpot contact in real time.
