Pick the Open Humana trigger
In Zapier or Make, choose **Open Humana → Call Transferred** (or any other call event) as your trigger.

Add an ActiveCampaign action
Add **ActiveCampaign → Add Tag to Contact** (or **Update Contact**, **Add to Automation**, etc.) as the next step.

Authenticate ActiveCampaign
Paste your ActiveCampaign API URL and key (find them under **My Settings → Developer** in ActiveCampaign).

Map Open Humana fields
Map the contact email/phone returned by Open Humana to the ActiveCampaign contact lookup field.

Test, then publish the Zap or Make scenario.
