Pick the Open Humana trigger
In Zapier or Make, choose **Open Humana → Voicemail Dropped** (or **Call Transferred**) as the trigger.

Add a Mailchimp action
Add **Mailchimp → Add/Update Subscriber** (or **Trigger Customer Journey**) as the action step.

Authenticate Mailchimp
Sign into your Mailchimp account when Zapier prompts you. Choose the audience you want to add contacts into.

Map the contact fields
Map the Open Humana contact email and merge fields (name, company, phone) onto the Mailchimp subscriber.

Test and turn on. New contacts will land in Mailchimp within seconds of the matching Open Humana event.
